At Right Hair Universal LLC, we understand that life happens. However, when you forget or cancel your appointment without providing sufficient notice, it impacts both our team and other clients waiting for services. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have established the following cancellation policies:

Appointment Confirmations
All appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance to help you remember bookings made weeks or months ago. -
Deposits and Cancellation Fees
Since your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, a deposit is required at the time of booking.-
Less than 24 hours' notice:

Your deposit will be retained and applied to a rescheduled appointment if one is agreed upon within a two-week period.

If no reschedule is possible within two weeks, the deposit will be converted into a cancellation fee.

No-Shows:

100% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. No exceptions.

Future bookings may not be permitted.

Appointments booked within 24 hours:

If you must cancel you will be subject to cancellation fees no exceptions.

This policy ensures that we can notify standby clients of any last-minute availability and maintain a fully booked schedule to better serve everyone.
Salon Cancellations
We believe in fairness. If the salon must cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, we will honor a 25% discount on your next service.
However, if the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., power outages, emergencies, health issues requiring the salon to close), we will gladly reschedule your appointment, but the 25% discount will not apply.
